We have bought 1997 Yamaha WaveRunners and a 2007 Yamaha Roadliner motorcycle. All of our machines are very well used and still work fine. I located the bike I wanted on Power's new inventory page. Called the dealer on Monday and spoke with Shane White. I told him I would be in on Saturday and would like to check out the 2017 FJ-09. He said no problem I will have them get it prepped for you. Sure enough Saturday morning I walked in and there was the bike with my name on it. I took it for a quick spin to make sure it was what I was after. We worked out a fair deal and decided I should pick up a PW-50 for the girls as well. It was a busy morning at the shop and Shane had to do some juggling between customers however he was still able to make quick work of the deal and get me out the door. Ok so I called the dealership this morn at 9am (well really I started calling at 6:50 then realized they don't open until 9am. Matt Williams answered the phone at 8:59. I was allowed to test ride the Kawasaki Ninja 1000 I bought from Damon Jennings. Before I took off, he took the bike into the service shop to make sure the tire pressure was perfect, and that there was gas in the tank. I appreciated that attention to detail. When I picked the bike up to take home a few days later, Damon re-cleaned it for me, so it was like seeing it for the first time. This is my second motorcycle purchase at Power, and I'm happy we have a dealership with their large selection and great prices in our area.

Although I have been riding off road for many years, I am a newcomer to street bikes and went down to Power Yamaha looking for someone to help me find the right bike. I am a proud new owner of a can am 450! My experience with power yamaha was outstanding! The process of purchasing this new toy was quick and stress free. I walked in not knowing if I would even qualify, they ran some numbers took my information. We talked about what I was looking for and what the best options for me would be. After deciding on the can am. My salesman Matt had me approved in 15 minutes. OUTSTANDING!! The payments ended up exactly were I wanted them,they even took the time to try and get my payments lower. My salesman was with me the entire time. Took up to the next building he had one of the guys go over the does and donts on the can am. Then walked me up to the counter and I was able to purchase my off road permit. My salesman even stuck around and gave me a hand getting it loaded in the trailer. At this point I am so excited and happy, but I have never owned a 4 wheeler before. I still had questions. What does my salesman do? He has a mechanic join him and I in the parking lot to answer any questions I may have. This was a huge help the mechanic showed me how to do simple maintanen's. Such as how to check fluids,how to remove panels, what to watch for, and how to remove the seat. He even pointed out something's to keep with you like a plug kit for tires, never would have thought of that. So I can 100% say yes I will be going to power yamaha again for my next purchase. Great experience, great job done by the power employees and looking forward to doing it again. (OUTSTANDING!!)

Purchasing from Power Yamaha was a great experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Shane had the bike ready for me to test ride on my first visit - just as promised - and then had it ready and waiting for me the day I came to pick it up. It was also refreshing to find a dealership that doesn't tack on additional fees for freight and setup. In the end I saved about $700 by going to Power. They were a bit out of the way for me, but definitely worth the trip.

We are from Southern Oregon and we have had our hearts set on purchasing jet skis for a couple of years but due to the drought we had held off. Earlier this year we realized this was likely going to be a wonderful boating year and so we began the pre-buying stage for 2 Sea Doo Sparks. Being that we only have 1 boat/jet ski dealership within about 200 miles of us, we naturally went to our local dealer. I was working directly with the Owner/President of the dealership and he gave me their price which was MSRP plus almost $800 which he said was for freight and setup and was normal cost of doing business. I trusted what he said and in April we purchased 1 of the 2 jet skis with the intent of coming back within a month to pick up our other one. We were dead set on one 3 seater and one 2 seater both of which needed to be white and black. So a week later I followed up with them to let them know we were going to be ready earlier than we originally thought and that we would be ready within a week. I gave them my credit card information so they could hold the last white/black one they had. Two days before we were scheduled to pick it up, they called to tell me they had screwed up and sold it to someone else and that they wouldn't be getting more until sometime in June and I don't even think there was a sorry or anything of that nature!!!!! To make a long story short, after that I decided to Google and see what other nearby options we had. Near the top of my search I found Power Yamaha's page and once on the page noticed that every single jet ski listed in inventory said "no freight or setup"! I quickly reached out to them through their website and within a few minutes I had an email response from SHAWN WHITE and then followed by a phone call confirming they had what we were looking for and the price was MSRP plus registration, a savings of $777 over our local dealership. Hooray! I put down a deposit and told him we would be driving up on Saturday to pick it up. We showed up shortly after the dealership opened and as we pulled into the driveway we were quickly greeted by two of the "lot guys" who told us where to pull up and began to get it loaded onto our trailer and gave my husband a brief demo. While they were outside, I came inside and finished up the simple paperwork process and paid. Within 25 minutes of pulling up we were back on the road. My husband and I were overly impressed with every aspect of our buying experience and never again would we look local. Next time we plan to purchase watercraft we will contact Power Yamaha before we contact anyone else. A huge thank you to everyone involved in the deal and especially Shawn. These 5 stars are very much deserved! Thank you, thank you, thank you :)P.S. with the savings in the jet ski we decided to purchase the Sea Doo covers which were discounted from other dealers. They went ahead and pre-ordered them for us and we paid for them when we came into the dealership on Saturday. On Monday they were delivered to our home by UPS and we LOVE them! When I needed my Kawasaki 900 repaired at Power Yamaha, the service guys, Shawn, Hector, and Fred helped me out by finding the problem right away even though they were very busy at the time, Shawn took the time to find out the problem with it. It was in the shop for about 26 days. Fred, the Service Mgr, told me that the parts were on order. After 3 weeks of waiting, I got frustrated. Fred, Shawn, and Hector, was very patient with me. After a few days, the part came in and Fred had it on and running within 24 hrs. If I could give these men an 11, I would! I'm thankful for these guys. Well done!

I did extensive research on sports quads. Had the choice of Power or Beaverton Motorcycles. Dealt with both. Power matched Beaverton's price, but I got much better service with my salesman, Shane White. There was no pressure but good service and reliability. Thankfully, I get to keep my business with the dealership closest to Salem.

Second bike purchase from Power Yamaha. Got a 2015 FJR 1300 ES and then a few months later, got a great deal on a 2015 KTM 1190 Adventure. Whole purchase process was quick and easy. This had to be the best experience I have ever had working with a dealership. I was having a hard time finding a motorcycle dealer that would take a car as a trade, but Power Motorsports had no problem with it, and they gave me a very reasonable offer on the trade in without trying to haggle me lower and lower like a lot of other dealers I went to. Salesman Warren Barker made our purchase as smooth and easy as possible. He really took care of us. We made the drive from Seattle, because you had the used bike we were looking for, a 2012 Honda ST1300, at a great price. After researching side by sides from all manufacturers, I decided the new 2016 Yamaha Wolverine R-Spec EPS was what I wanted. However, it's so new, I couldn't find one near me in California. That's when I expanded my internet search of dealers and found Power Yamaha in Sublimity, OR. What a pleasant surprise.First, their website is one of the best I've seen.Second, when I made an online inquiry about trading in my quad, I got an immediate response (I had made an online inquiry with a dealer near me before that, and never heard back from them).Third, the people I dealt with were all great. Warren in sales was my first contact. He got me a fair price for trade-in on my quad and told me exactly how much the Wolverine I had picked out would cost. I told him I'd see him the next day and began a 600 mile trip from my house to their dealership. I called Warren the next morning to let him know I would be there around 2:30 PM. When I arrived, everything was ready. The Wolverine of my choice, the financing and a cup of coffee.In summary, I got a great deal on a brand new 2016 Wolverine, met some great people, and was back on my way home in less than 2 hours. This was a long distance sight unseen except on the listing on the computer purchase. I phoned the company and Shane White answered the the phone, I explained where I was and what I was interested in, (I'm in Montana).Shane proceeded to check out all of my concerns and what could not be answered right away was taken care of when he got the information and called me back.I had asked about different assc. that would be installed by them and prices on doing so. all in all this was a pretty low key transaction and I was really impressed with it.I found out after I had taken care of all the paperwork and got the machine loaded up that this was Shanes first sale as he had just started there, I was impressed and I think that Power Auto has a heck of a good employ working for them. I went to Power to pick up a part, which arrived on the day they said it would. While there, I spoke with Shawn in their service dept. He went above and beyond in answering questions, looking up specs, and printing diagrams. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He encouraged me to call with additional questions if needed. The is the best I've ever been treated at any shop I've been to.

I really botched up my motorcycle trying to wire in a new set of driving lights. When I connected a wire to the wrong battery terminal, it started to glow hot orange before the wire casing melted and white smoke began billowing out of the body cavity. I couldn't believe how stupid I was...I called Shawn in Service immediately, and he couldn't have been nicer or more sympathetic. He arranged for my bike to be picked up and transported to the shop ASAP. He managed to work me into an already tight schedule, and in just a few days I had a prognosis and cost estimate for getting me back on the road. Neither he nor Hector complained even once when I called for updates, even though they called me as soon as there was anything to report. In the end I got my bike back very quickly and for less money than I had anticipated. How can you ask for better than that? was having problems with my Yamaha 2000watt generator, could not get it to run, from drop off to pickup your guys at the service desk were first rate. met me at the door, assisted me in and out with the generator. friendly curtious people , would I recommend ? yes most definatly. I had a great purchase experience @ Power Motor Sports. I rode 85 miles passing 4 other Yamaha shops to get to Sublimity. Power had the hard to find 2014 FJR 1300 ES I was looking for without the premium price and setup fees the other guys wanted. Warren Barker was fun to work with. He went out of his way to get me on that bike & up the road in only about 2 hours. Trade in $$ was on the spot, bike price was under MSRP and it was all hassle free. I drove 1200 miles round trip to purchase a new bike, they made me the deal I wanted over the phone, we closed and I left on trip. Everything was as they indicated when I got there. They were very busy, but still made good time for me and my deal, the service and patrs people were very friendly and helpfuly, as they unloaded my bike ad loaded the new one on my trailer, I would highly recommend this dealership. I've been looking to buy a used Street Glide for several months when I come across Andy's posting on craigslist for one at 11:30pm we'll it looked to good to be true but I replied at that time and he got back to me at 11:35 and says if i'm serious it's mine and the bike with 2700m is in as new condition at 13 grand. Well he sends me pic's and video the next day with a sold sign on the bike all this just by our talking on the phone if I wouldn't have bought it someone would have at them miles and 13 grand, you have to jump on them deals. So being a working man I can't come til the weekend and he say's he would like to make it happen before the end of the month which is a Friday and says he can deliver no charge with no risk if it's not what he said it was tell the driver to turn around well it's in my shop that's all I have to say. Best service, no hassle, all there ducks in a row, I will for sure call Andy first before my next purchase I can't even buy a bike local usually because of some minor issue and they hook me up never met or been there talk about going the extra mile. I am happy to say that we are looking for a bigger motorcycle, and we are going to go to Power Yamaha for our next one. Power Yamaha may be a little high, but they are worth it. stopped in several months ago with a friend who was looking at a used bike after he test rode it and was doing paperwork I went into the service dept( I have 2012 concours 14 that I bought at pro caliber of Vancouver.ever since I bought the bike the tire pressure monitor systeme kept telling me that the front tire sensor battery was bad after you ride it and warm up the tires it stops flashing.procaliber wanted me to make an oppointment to leave the bike overnight so they could see it, they didn't belive me,then if it was in fact bad they would order a sensor and keep the bike until the part came in as they would take the front wheel off the bike.anyway I went into your service dept and mentioned my problem they promptly took may bike in and replaced the sensor in about 30 minutes I was astounded.today I came in and had a new set of tires installed,great service great price great staff.and to top it all everyone said 'thank you for your business " THANK YOU GUYS TOO

My experience was fantastic with PowerYamaha. I found them by accident on Motorcycle Trader. I saw the 2012 Star Roadliner for sale. It was a model and color I had been wanting for the last four years. The price was unbelievable. I called and talked to Andy in sales. We talked about the price and I said I would be at the dealership the next morning. My wife and I and our dog all showed up at noon the next day. Andy was there and had my bike and paperwork ready to go. It took us about an hour and I was on my way home on my new ride! Everyone at the dealership was fantastic to talk to and answer all my questions. They treat you like your a person, not give us your money and see ya. Great customer relations. I will send people their way and I will be back in the future. By the way I live four hours distance from the dealership and they made it well worth the drive. I highly, highly recommend this dealership! High fives Andy!

After a friend told me about Power Motorsports I happened to be out on a ride and nearby so stopped in for a look around. I happened to stumble upon a bike there that met my needs so perfectly it was unbelievable - but could it happen? After checking some things out I was told it was virtually impossible with the finances due to some rather unusual circumstances. I called back and told John that I really, really wanted/needed this particular bike and to please find a way. I said a little prayer and that afternoon Ryan called me back and said, "We have one 'Hail Mary'." An hour later he called me back and said we had it! Two days later I was riding my new scoot home feeling totally satisfied with everything from the initial contact to the final shaking hands and heading home. Thanks guys for helping to keep me on the road for more years ahead - and just in time for Sturgis!!!!

I purchased a new Grizzly at Power Motorsports. The entire experience, from first contact and price quote to loading my new quad and driving away, was fantastic!

Matt was our salesman, and he was great - very knowledgable and personable. We worked with another member of the team to get some

accessories, and they gave us the information we needed to decide what to buy. The paperwork was a snap, and the checklist for a new purchase was gone though in detail.

The team at Power is a good one. I would not hesitate to recommend Power to anyone who is looking for a bike, quad or side-by-side. Their inventory is mind-blowing. I have already told some of my friends about my totally positve buying experience there.

I brought my motorcycle in for its 15K check-up and a front tire change. Customer service was very friendly and extremely helpful. The job took exactly as long as I was told it and the price was very good. I may live an hour away but they have earned a new loyal customer for all motorcycle services!

I found a bike listed on Craig s List and the like lead me to Power. Andy answered my email the very next day and went out of his way to assist me with buying the bike I wanted. Andy told me up front all the details and what it would take to get the bike. I drove 7 hours to get the bike and sure enough it was waiting on me all cleaned up and ready to ride. We came down to oregan from seattle to buy this bike...I have bought and sold many motorcycles over the years, and I will NEVER again buy another bike from a washington dealer! EVER! you made it very easy, no pressure and the price we agreed on over the phone was not only honered but when we arrived much to my amazement you guys had put a new front fender and a new rear tire and some power yamaha grafix on the shrouds (which I will proudly Roll) and tell all of my friends about the no hassel, stright up way business is done at power. It seems like no one ever has a bad word to say about Power Yamaha KTM, and lots of people have good things to say. I went out there to shop and was treated like a valued customer. Matt, the salesman on the floor was friendly and conversational but not high-pressure. He offered to let me ride several bikes to compare. Everything felt above board and professional. I got straight answers from everyone, including the very engaging parts guy and the service guy. I strongly recommend Power to anyone shopping for a bike.

I had bought a used Road Star from another person. With researching the bike I saw there was a recall on the bike. I called the service department and they told me the problem had not been taken care of. I scheduled to get my bike in. Got my bike back yesterday (4-27-2010). I can't tell you how impressed I was with the service department. We filled out a imperfection check list on the bike before they took possession. This way both of us know there was no damage done while in the care. Very professional job. Thanks
